1General Terms

Jeetbuss (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming and sports betting service operating under an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jeetbuss.

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

• Match fixing or attempting to influence outcomes through unethical means.

8Limitation of Liability

Jeetbuss strives to maintain a high standard of service, but some situations are beyond our control. Jeetbuss will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets or games affected by internet disconnection or network issues.
• If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a third-party payment gateway issue.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or legal requirements.
• Account credentials lost due to the user's own negligence.

Jeetbuss's total liability shall not exceed the user's available account balance under any circumstances. Jeetbuss is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Jeetbuss reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice — particularly in the following cases:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• If KYC verification is not completed, or if false information is provided.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with Jeetbuss's internal policy. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
